All our product is functionally tested and verified before the delivery is made. Any return can be made within 3 days after the reception date. Any returned goods/products will be replaced with a new functional one. Before any return can be made, you need to contact our staff about the damage or the disfunctionality of the product. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. The delivery receipt which indicate the reception date and the return shipping cost should be included during the return. The postage cost for returning the goods will be refund in form of coupon which can be use to purchase item from our website. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any return. gadgetsworld666.my will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received the product replacement within 7 days after the confirmation. |
